Fauza is a renowned Self-Published author, Mentor, an Inspirational Speaker, and a Dynamic business Woman. She published her first book in the year 2016 entitled “Rising from the Dust – A Woman’s Journey to Self-Discovery”.

The book gives a biographical story of Fauza’s life, on how she managed to achieve her dreams regardless of her circumstances, she rose from the dust. Fauza’s wish is that her life story detailed out in this moving book will inspire someone that they too can achieve anything if they believe in themselves, just like she did.

She is also the author of Transform Fear Into Freedom – Harness The Power Of Your Mind and Awaken to A Life Of Purpose – A Reminder to Live Your Best Life Yet. Fauza has also co-authored the book Fierce and Fabulous – The Feminine Force of Success, which is a collection of real-life stories of 15 women from Australia, New Zealand, and the United Arab Emirates.

Fauza is passionate about youth development and supporting communities. She is devoted to helping young men and women make a lasting change and live their best life. Her creative streak and passion for art led to Fauza Consultancy Ltd, initially a blog documenting her interior design creations, jewellery collection and her love of fashion.

Fauza Consultancy has grown to include interior design guidance, branding, mentoring, publishing and events organization. She is a qualified interior designer from the Center of Executive Education (CEE) Dubai UAE (Ed Excel UK). As a Fashion Designer Fauza has used her status to endorse African women developing their craft through sales on her website, fauzabeltz.com
In 2019, she founded Fauza Foundation registered in Kenya (Reg No. CLG-ABFEQM) aimed at empowering young men and women through inspirational school talks, mentoring programs, providing female hygiene products and tuition fees.

Fauza has been featured in BBC AFRICA, KTN TV, EBRU TV, CHRISTIAN TELEVITION NETWORK (CTN) K24 TV, GBS TV, KBC CHANNEL 1, SWITCH TV, HBR 103.5 FM. She is also the host of Fauza Diaries a digital talk show that offers authentic and insightful take on unconventional conversations.
